You've built the strategy, the content, and the funnel. But can you tell whether it actually works — before you burn a month and a budget finding out? Analytics is the advanced half of the Growth Codex, and its real job isn't dashboards. It's collapsing your learning loop: with the funnel instrumented, a couple hundred euros of ad spend tells you in days what organic would take months to reveal — is the message landing, is the funnel converting the way it was designed? The instrument is four pillars, all wired by directing an agent: a consent gate (iubenda), behavioral analytics (PostHog), ad optimization (Meta Pixel + server CAPI), and first-party columns on your own database. This walkthrough covers the build order, the mental model (database = what actually happened · PostHog = how they behaved · Meta = what the ad platform needs), two non-obvious tricks — consent gates storage not capture, and a root-domain cookie that carries attribution across the www→app hop — and an agentic reporting loop in Claude Code that reconciles all three sources into one table from ad spend to trial starts. The point was never a perfect funnel. ~€127 of Meta spend and 79 clicks produced just 4 signups — a 5% conversion rate I wasn't having, when I want 10–20%. And Meta only reported 2 of those 4 while my own database had all 4: exactly why you keep your own source of truth. That early, cheap read kicked off a landing-page A/B test. This is not theory.
