Am I being gaslit by ChatGPT?

Another day, another existential crisis, where I'm once again thinking about what the fuck I'll do with the next 20 years of my career? Where to turn for answers? ChatGPT, of course. What started as a bit of advice around what I could do with my life, took a turn when I suddenly asked myself (and then ChatGPT) why on earth I would ask for advice from the very thing taking my job? The response felt weirdly validating and eerily gaslighty.

What happens when you are almost 48, and have spent three decades mastering hard skills that are soon to be made completely redundant by AI?
