How to transform Toxic into Healthy Masculinity

In this episode I will be exploring what toxic and healthy masculinity looks like with Daniel den Hollander (IG: @thosewhocanstruggle), clinical psychologist. To be able to heal and mature we need to be able to be authentic. Toxic masculinity prevents the child and the adult from being vulnerable and therefor authentic. It's important to transform fear into love by learning how (to teach society) to be vulnerable. Connectedness and belongingness (love) as in innate human need that we all have the right to experience, we just need to know how to heal and mature into authenticity.
