This is a guided Yoga Nidra meditation designed to bring you out of the thinking mind and back into the body through an ancient buddhist technique of placing awareness on space. It’s also a powerful space for creating a sankalpa… a deeply felt intention or inner knowing that arises not from the mind, but from a place of clarity and connection within you. A sankalpa isn’t a goal or something you’re trying to force into existence. It’s a quiet, grounded truth… a direction your system is ready to move toward.
