Riyad Nadwi

Shaykh (Dr.) M. Riyad H. Nadwi is a distinguished Islamic scholar and academic, known for his extensive study of traditional Islamic sciences and his contributions to the fields of Islamic theology, science, and politics. He is a graduate of Dar al-Uloom, Nadwatul ‘Ulama in Lucknow, India, where he spent twelve years under the tutelage of the esteemed Shaykh Abul Hasan ‘Ali Nadwi (rh) and other prominent scholars of the Indian sub-continent. For the past 18 years, Dr. Riyad Nadwi has been residing in Oxford, where he has served in various academic roles.
