These podcast episodes will be about ...well, everything. The reason for the "payaso" is because who doesn't like to clown around when necessary. I am starting to express my definition and experience with mental health. Once that becomes the sole base of my content I will be branching out to other guests and speaking about what their mental health may be like or even just how someone has gotten to where they are in life.
