What I have learned from running 5K and programming (that has nothing to do with running or programming)

....that has nothing to do with running or programming... Today I am reflecting and wondering what makes me keep working towards one goal over the other, even if both feel just as important to me. And what I've learned about goal setting and achieving from running and programming.

Passion vs Consistency

In today's solo episode I think out loud about passion and consistency and whether passion is enough to produce work consistently...(oh that was a mouthful). Also, the podcast has reached over 2000 unique listeners...and that's insane! Thank you to each and every single one of you that has ever listened to an episode of this podcast.
