This podcast is for anyone in the NFP sector that wants to hear from inspiring people in some of the top leadership positions in the sector. We'll hear how they've got to where they are, key issues and their advice and top tips! We recorded our forth episode with Tanya Whitehead from Talent Wise Consulting - this episode is all about diversity and inclusion within the charity sector, something we are hugely passionate about. Hopefully it provides some practical advice and gives you some information on how to run inclusive recruitment processes.
