Zachary Listens is a podcast for men, those who identify as men and those who care for them.I am your host and a counsellor in training, meaning I have reached the final stages of becoming a qualified counsellor.The journey to becoming a qualified counsellor is probably not what you would expect. I aim to dispel some ideas about counselling, men and counselling as clients or as counsellors.Through listening (and subscribing), you will gain some valuable insights about managing your well-being.
