Turns out no one really knows what they’re talking about! So, in this episode we’re  breaking it down for you by defining “sex”  and exploring what abstinence really is because in 2023, nobody has time for misunderstandings. To make it plain and add some spice, we interview a world-class researcher named Ann, who happens to also be abstinent. During the interview we get into Ann’s business. We explore how she learned about abstinence, how she’s walking out the lifestyle, and what it all means to her now.
