You will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.”  As we come together in prayer, let us take a moment to reflect on the incredible power of God’s promises. Our Creator understands the complex plans He has lovingly crafted for each of us. His desire is to fill our hearts with a sense of hope and a sense of purpose; He is yearning for our overall well-being. These are not just blueprints; they are detailed and thoughtful designs intended to guide us toward prosperity and fulfillment. The Lord is reminding us that when we reach out to him during our prayer, when we call upon His name with sincerity and approach Him with open hearts, He promises to listen closely and attentively. His intention is to advance our spirits, steering us away from danger and putting us on the path ahead with bright hope and purposeful direction. As we pray, let us remember that God is offering us the support we need to truly thrive in the future that awaits us. Let us seek His guidance and cultivate steadfast faith in the future He has carefully prepared for us, even when the circumstances we face seem frightening. May 23 – Day 143. God is giving us a heart to know him.

May 22 – Day 142. Lord, Give Heed

Our scripture will be taken from Jeremiah 18:19, and it reads: “Give heed to me, O Lord, and hearken to the voice of them that contend with me.” The Lord is letting us know that he understands the challenges that Jeremiah faced as he confronted his adversaries, the weight of their hostility pressing heavily upon Jeremiah, but God did not give up on him. In our own lives, we may encounter similar struggles as we strive to deliver God’s truth to those who are resistant to transformation and reluctant to embrace repentance. The Lord wants us to reach out to Him with earnest prayers; He is assuring us that He is not only listening to our heartfelt pleas but also aware of the adversaries we are facing. Today, as we kneel in prayer, let us take a moment to meditate on the incredible power of God’s healing touch. It is He who can mend our broken spirits, save us from despair, and bestow upon us peace. In our prayers today, let us reflect deeply on the importance of seeking divine attention amidst our conflicts. Let us consider what it truly means to have our voices lifted and heard during times of trial and opposition, for each utterance is met with divine understanding and grace. May 21. Day 141 - Heal me O Lord. Jeremiah 17:14
