Flip The Vibe - The podcast where three lads, explore how TV , music and social media has changed their pespectives on life, society and themselves.For us two simple things have never failed to change our perspectives, music and TV....like alot of TV.....like we started binge watching back when Netflix was still Love Film.Meet Duane, Nawal& Paul brothers from separate mothers divided by circumstance before their formative years and reunited in their 20's. Born into a time before social media but after radio, children of the MTV generation and adolescents in a new millennium. Music, TV and film were used to share information in a new way that introduced an entire generation to new places and perspectives.Fast forward through 10 years of clubs, loves and life in Birmingham City. Maturity caught up with the lads and the wisdom of rappers and fictional characters just isn't enough to deal with the responsibility that comes with it. Relationships, marriage, parenthood and family, faced with these new challenges our boys saw only one option, double down on the wisdom of rappers and fictional character while hiding from it all under the guise of making a podcast. All joking aside, everyone needs a place to kick back and work it all out and this is theirs.

Ladies and gentlemen, a new subscriber has been born into the Flip The Vibe family. With the new addition to his home, Nawal's has been thinking about all the sitcom dads he watched growing up. These thoughts coencided with a tiktok Duane sent of a sitcom blind ranking so the boys decided to rank their favourite sitcoms since P is away and....well we know how P feels about sitcoms.
