S2 Traitors star, motivational speaker and all-round inspirational character, Andrew Jenkins, sheds some light on his personal tips and tricks to become a stronger and more self-aware individual. He explains how living through a near-fatal accident and subsequent trauma led him on a journey to becoming the incredible person he is today. Andrew touches on the importance of changing the way we raise our children to be conscientious and emotionally-aware, especially amongst boys and men.
