In this video I talk a bit about negative old thinking patterns and suggest ways to help release them. One way is of course by returning our awareness to the present moment. But some thought patterns can feel particularly sticky. To help you release your attachment to them I suggest subconscious reprogramming - listening to positive affirmations at night. In this video I share a short 8 minute EFT tapping session to help us reconnect to our bodies and release old stuck thoughts in a gentle way. You may also find that you feel a bit more calm and clear headed after practicing this short EFT tapping sequence.
