Restoratively Yours

Welcome to “Restoratively Yours’, Belvedere Youth Club series of podcasts about restorative practice.  BYC is a youth club based in Dublin Inner City. In 2019 they embarked on a journey to become a restorative hub in the community.  Restorative Practice - RP in short - is a philosophy and a set of practices focusing on building and maintaining good relationships and dealing with conflict in a healthy way when it occurs, and for them, it has become the way they want to do everything!  In this series, you will hear their story, the ups and downs of their journey, through different voices: Jenny, General manager, Gilian, operational manager, Paul and Darragh, board members, Jonathan, Youth team leader, James, RP coordinator, Dean, Denise, Kim, Peppa, Ciara, Jamie, youth workers and of course, young people. Dorothée, the RP consultant, will guide you along the way.
