Ayurveda's whole system is built around good digestive health, as it sees that all illness manifests from poor digestion, and also takes into consideration all aspects of a persons life; diet, lifestyle, mental health and spiritual health, which led Geri to become an Ayurvedic practitioner and share the tools that have helped her and her clients.
