Geri became interested in the digestive system, from having suffered with various health issues throughout her life, a lot of them being gut related. Ayurveda's whole system is built around good digestive health, as it sees that all illness manifests from poor digestion, and also takes into consideration all aspects of a persons life; diet, lifestyle, mental health and spiritual health, which led Geri to become an Ayurvedic practitioner and share the tools that have helped her and her clients.
Emily Rose, founder of The Letgo Studio [www.letgostudio.co.uk] and Nutritionist with Rose Wellbeing [www.rosewellbeing.co.uk] - loves to share wellbeing and healthful practices that supports us to be our best selves, as well as collaborate with other practitioners. As an artist and practitioner herself she brings health and wellness creatively together to create unique experiences for groups and individuals. Mindfulness being an important factor with appropriate nutrition and digestive support. When we have balance with the gut, the mind, and with nutrition, we can find vitality.
