While talking to her friends, Host Fiki Hunt realized that people her age do not know a lot about mental illnesses and tend to believe the misconceptions about mental illness. After that, she wanted to spread her knowledge, tell people what it feels like to go through such problems, and what tools are helpful to deal with mental illness. Hopefully, if more people speak up about their issues it will encourage others to speak up. Those who speak up DO NOT have to have a mental illness. You are NOT ALONE.
