Beskrivelse

In 1997, Whitney Houston brought Brandy to tv screens across America as the first Black Disney princess in Rogers and Hammerstein's Cinderella. It was a fairytale for all in more than just rhetoric, but in practice. The tv film utilized colourlind casting to create a world where anyone could see themselves in any role; a fairytale land where we were all allowed a happy ending and a chance at the impossible. PEARL NEXT DOOR: Not All Pearls Are Shiny

Bubbly, supportive best friend, and everyone's favorite third wheel has returned! Pearl is back leading her own series, Pearl Next Door! After stealing several scenes from the Gameboys OTP, and the hearts of the audience, Pearl's now trying to find someone to take care of hers; but, this drama isn't the Covid-based, HEA Romance of Gameboys. Rather, Pearl Next Door is the story of a young woman figuring herself out and discovering what she wants from a relationship; and, for better or worse, two smitten ladies are along for the ride. Join Tanagra as she talks about why all pearls aren't shiny.
