She calls herself, THE DANCING ECONOMIST. She is also a Virtual Event Trainer, Social Connection Facilitator. Creative Leadership & Self-Actualization Trainer, Empowerment Advocate, Youth Mentor, Impact Hub Founder & a change-maker with a passion for creating an impact. Andrea is originally from Hungary from a small town of less than 20000 inhabitants. Her parents encouraged her to try many different things, from painting, taekwondo, debating, arts and craft, singing, dancing, and playing the piano. She was a very busy kid, as you can see. Andrea is thankful to her parents: Letting her find her passion: DANCE, was the most significant gift they could ever give her. Dancing taught her a lot about herself, life, people, connections, collaboration, respect Andrea has been working for many years and managed to build her dream career out of creativity & passion. Her expertise lies in the areas of Event and Project Management, People management, and Creative Leadership. She started Whatwomenwantworkshops, a free platform to empower women and raise awareness about discrimination, domestic abuse, violence, and bullying. Andrea found her mission. Her mission was to show that a small drop in the ocean can have a global impact in the digital age. Andrea started an out of comfort zone challenge to organize Global Empowerment Summits not only for women from 2020.  She did all the work to show people, if you set your mind to do something, you are determined you can do anything you dream about even if you are not an influencer, just a purposeful individual. She is the CEO, Co-Founder of TECH BYTEZ SOLUTIONS, as well as, Founder & Master Trainer of KS TRAINING RESOURCES. In addition, Kayatthri is a Platform Speaker on topics of Digital Marketing, Social Entrepreneur, Women Empowerment and a Leadership Advocate.
