Our first dad guest! Join us as we welcome a local dad Jay Ramundo.

Jay joins us on this episode where he dives into his experiences as not only a dad of two younger boys, but as a teacher, coach and mentor to many. Jay has a long outstanding career and plays multiple rolls as a manager and coach at very well know soccer facility, has coached at multiple collegiate levels as well as his roll as teacher for his boys. Jay brings some great thoughts and insight that really had us thinking, not only as dads but as men. He is a motivator for sure and the true definition of a DAD!!
