Day Trading Meditations. The meditations posted here help me get into a good mindset before my trading day. My goal in recording this content was (selfishly) to improve my own trading psychology. Hopefully, it may others as well! About me: Trading since 2021, I currently trade S&P futures as a funded trader with Topstep. I highly recommend Topstep to anyone wishing to develop as a futures trader in a low-risk environment (I'm not paid to say that and I don't have an affiliate link). Good trading!
