What started as a simple calling to share yoga beyond the mat has bloomed into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. Together, we walk down memory lane from launching the podcast in October 2024 to now (43 episodes later!!) as I reflect on the lessons, pivots, pauses, and breakthroughs that shaped this season. 3 themes came through loud and clear: ✨Sobriety — getting honest about my relationship with alcohol and weed, navigating “sober firsts,” and how choosing clarity changed my creativity, confidence, and capacity. ✨Success — redefining what success actually means (spoiler: it’s not just money), building a sustainable business, and learning to focus my energy where it matters most. ✨Surrender — loosening my grip, trusting divine interventions, taking the scenic routes, and allowing unexpected ideas to lead me somewhere even better than anticipated. This episode is unscripted, heartfelt, and deeply honest. I share the tools that supported me, the mindset shifts that changed everything, and why choosing to pause this winter is not a step back—but an act of alignment. As I close out Season 1 with you, I’m filled with gratitude for this community, for the growth we’ve shared, and for what’s quietly unfolding next.
