Episode 10: Advice and Analysis Paralysis

Have you ever been stuck on what to do? Going back in between options without knowing what the 'right' path is? You may be stuck in analysis paralysis. Advice may seem to be part of the answer, but it is only a part. In this episode I talk about some of my experiences with analysis paralysis and almost paradoxically how advice can contribute to it.

The realm of a health diligent individual is between good to go, exhausted, and right before injury. Exhaustion is both the tool and the limiter allowing healthy diligence. Frankly, it's very easy to find reasons not to do something, but it's important to distinguish where those reasons are coming from as all decision making is inherently emotional. Diligence is something that many of us lack now adays. Personally I believe it's all simplified in 'hard times create hard people, hard people create easy times, easy times create easy people, easy people create hard times' Right now we're at the easy people part of the cycle.
