To Tell The Truth or Not w Regan Forston

I'm excited to have Regen Forston on my show and he will and I will be talking about when to tell the truth when not to and how to be authentic with ourselves. I know for me that I've been working through a lot of this and also we're going to maybe talk about the masking that we do the masking is something that we kind of over accomplish or over state what we can do or we stay on so much because we can't let down our guard for who we are which is not necessarily telling the truth yet it is telling a truth. It's going to be an interesting conversation because we've all been having a difficult time with the energies right now in my observation as it's interesting that so many people are blurting out opinions but they're not discerning their way through How are other people going to perceive that Well is that when we should really tell the truth maybe or maybe not. So on today's show we're going to be talking a little bit about that and the discernment that we can have with living life so that everybody can get along hopefully a little bit better than not. Lets Find Our Self-Empowerment

Is It Familiar To Hear OR Is It Your Personal Truth

As we've walked through life sometimes we keep hearing the same thing over and over again that maybe we take on as a truth. I was listening to the TV the other day and there was a commercial that came on that sounded alike one of the commercials that was on when I was younger and I went wow isn't that interesting I wonder if they're trying to do something. That something might be like it's a sound I hear so that might be a truth that I needed to do. It's not easy to really discern our truth yet it's something that we in these days nowadays are called to do as our walk goes forward due to the fact that our reality around us is changing so much that were uncertain. I'm going to give tools and examples on how to really describe your own truth so that you can really let your mind know it doesn't have to follow the old patterns, the old knowings, the old sayings that we have grown up with as it really doesn't matter how old you are it's what you are knowing now about your own truth. I hope you know that your truth is your truth through this whole conversation as I giggle with that moment of saying that yet it is true. The Detriment to Worrying over Trusting

Many of us worry about so much in our life but yet we don't really live in the now of what may be happening. Today I'll be talking about worry Worry is something that really effect's our body, mind, and even the path of our life. Today I'm going to be talking about tools on how to put your worry to the side because the other side of worry is trust and trusting is something that the universe really wants us to do right now. When we worry what kind of language do we use and when we trust what kind of language can we use; That's something else I'll be talking about. The Language when we worry about something can bring us into a negative life's walk compared what kind of language do we use if we want to trust .
