011: Why is infertility becoming so common amongst women today w/ Dr. Jane Levesque

Hi everyone, Namaste! Welcome to another episode! This episode is all about infertility, IVF treatments, and how women can heal themselves and conceive a happy baby naturally! Today we are joined by Dr. Jane Levesque who is a naturopathic doctor and a natural fertility expert. She empowers, supports and helps women who are trying to get pregnant or stay pregnant, with no hopes left from the conventional medical system. She breaks down simple reason why women are complaining of infertility so much in this decade and IVF rates have been alarmingly rising.  This is a very sensitive issue and I hope that you get help from this podcast. Our mission is to only help you in your journey and not let your morale down by any extent whatsoever. It is my pleasure to be able to aid you in your journey to having your baby in your lap. We, by no means, tried to offend medicine and its methods.  Dr. Jane has mentioned the do's don'ts in this podcast that is extremely important for any infertile couple. I really hope that you enjoyed this podcast! 010: Self-forgiveness with Somatic therapy w/ Ginny Hoyt

Hi everyone, Namaste! Welcome to another episode! Spoiler: There is a very calming 10 minute meditation practice in this podcast!  When you commit mistakes, let someone down, hurt someone you love, end up doing something you absolutely did not mean to, take action that were against your values, beliefs and expectations - both in your personal and professional life - you might have wound yourself up into a ride full of guilt and self resentment. It. can. be. so. hard! Loving yourself despite your actions, seeing yourself as a person who can commit mistakes, a person who has flaws, a person who has had experiences that shaped ones personality - easier said than being done. Breaking those walls of hatred for your own self can be so hard, leave out learning to forgive others! But wait, do we actually forgive others easily but find it so hard to forgive ourselves? Huh. It's a complex human psychology guys, let's not get into the whys of this. Let's get to how we can get you out of this situation, fast and effective. We have with us today, Ginny Hoyt, who is a healer, somatic therapist and SUCH a wonderful human being! She explains self-forgiveness from A-Z and breaks it down into something that we all can relate to. She's amazing. I love her, and I'm sure you'd too. 009: Breakup to Breakthrough: How to turn your breakup into a catalyst for spiritual growth w/ Zara Marin Franks

Hi everyone, Namaste! Thank you for being here, I appreciate it so much! If you're someone who went through a breakup, are going through it right now, or know someone who's in a similar situation right now, this podcast is for you. Breakups can be devastating, they can scoop every ounce of feeling, energy, liveliness, positivity and what not from you, leaving a big hollow space that was previously occupied with love and the presence of your partner beside you 24/7.  Whether one has had a traumatic and disturbing breakup or a breakup that ended in mutual respect and understanding, the sadness never really leaves you for a few month, maybe years. This is the time when you are most vulnerable of catching bad habits, attracting bad people, low vibrations, not able to focus on work, going into a depressed state, feeling like you have no support and all this can be so heavy, so difficult to handle all at one. But while you refocus and rebalance yourself into reality and the fact the life is ever so beautiful, you have to acknowledge that there is so much inner healing that you need to do after a breakup. Inner healing requires a lot of energy, dedication, discipline, consistency, motivation, all of everything that doesn't exist in the 1st phase of the breakup. But it's not impossible to regain it all back! With proper guidance, help and support, you can bounce back to life in no time, really! Today we have the wonderful Zara Marin Franks with us today, to enlighten us about her program Breakup to Breakthrough and how she helps women going through really bad breakups to get over them, get into a path of spirituality, self respect, self confidence and attract the partner the want in life all over again. I have enjoyed this conversation a lot, and I hope that it will help you in some way or the other. episode 008: Healing chronic diseases with root cause analysis and how to achieve it w/ Dr. Victoria Andarcia artwork

008: Healing chronic diseases with root cause analysis and how to achieve it w/ Dr. Victoria Andarcia

Hi, Namaste! Welcome to another episode of Learning Unlearning with Sania.  Do you remember the last time your doctor or nutritionist asked you what you used to eat in your childhood, or whether you were breastfed or put on cow milk/formula, or whether you've had too many antibiotics growing up, or lived in a house full of mold, or just asked how you have been, emotionally? These questions, are one of the most important questions when you're trying to diagnose where your disease has come from! Believe it or now, root cause analysis starts from your mother's womb and goes up all the way to your present. From emotional pain transcending into physical symptoms or antibiotics doing permanent damage to your gut microbiome, these factors are what later convert into extremely serious chronic diseases, and unfortunately a symptom oriented approach is going to get you nowhere near to healing. There many layers to root cause analysis and here in this podcast, Victoria and I discuss these important questions: 1) What is root cause analysis and why is it not dominantly practised so much? 2) What types of functional lab testing are required usually? 3) What are the 5 R's of root cause healing? 4) What is the role of doctors, nutritionists and health coaches individually? 5) Why do we start with food? 6) How do we maintain all the progress we have made and live a healthy, sustainable and happy life? Victoria Andarcia is a Internal Medicine Physician and while she was doing her residency, she realised that true healing does not lie in pharmaceuticals, but in our food, lifestyle, and our emotional and spiritual wellbeing. That's when she turned her career around got fellowship training in Integrative Medicine and certifications in Functional Medicine and now provides guidance to so many people about true healing. She goes by the line "There is no one pill solution to health problems" and i totally agree. Join us while we explore the world of root cause analysis and unlearn, only to learn more! 007: Stress management: self-care and setting boundaries w/ Stephanie Shaw

Namaste! Welcome to another episode of Learning Unlearning. I have Stephanie Shaw with me today and she’s nutrition strategist who helps ambitious, mid-life women surrender weight, heal hormones and discover more energy. She helps these women peel back the layers of the intricate health puzzle, and show them precisely what to do. As a result, her clients lose and keep off the weight, and build a sustainable lifestyle of confidence, energy, and love for their bodies. She spent twenty years in corporate America and ten years running a non-profit...the long hours and stress caused her body to crash. After visiting eighteen doctors, and 2 world-renowned medical facilities – she still didn’t have answers. Her body became numb, her breathing short, and her left jaw began to tingle. That day started a 2-year process that left her with a host of unanswered medical questions. In addition to having every typical stroke symptom, she also began to suffer from migraines and anxiety. She visited neurologists, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and she was poked and prodded by over 18 physicians, and no one had a solution. She fought back by educating herself on natural ways to heal her body, got two nutrition certifications, and turned that knowledge into a successful business where she helps other high-performing women who have a body that is fighting them. She had to create and implement her own protocol. Now, she uses that protocol to help entrepreneurs sleep better, live better and understand how to balance work and home so they don’t suffer a complete crash like she did. So lets welcome her and understand what stress management really means. Today we both are going to talk about stress management and its connection with self care and setting healthy boundaries for you to have some space to live and heal and just exist.
