87% of clients never tell their nail tech why they stopped booking. They just disappear. In this episode I surveyed 60 real clients - not nail techs, but regular people who've ghosted their hairdresser, beauty therapist, nail tech, brow tech and asked them to be brutally honest about why they left. The results were insightful, sometimes funny, and made me think about how I run my own nail business.
