NOP: Reflection

After realizing that I've been recording for nearly a year, I thought it would be great to reflect on the goals I set for myself and think about how far I've come. This episode serves as a reminder that we should never forget our goals or put them on the back burner.

NOP: Dear Twin

Writing letters to someone can help a person communicate their true feelings when they find it difficult to say those feelings aloud. Writing letters has been a way for me to process my thoughts on paper first without stumbling over my own tongue. In this episode, I chose to write a letter to my twin to express feelings I never got to say to her while she was here.

NOP: Seven

Seven represents a lot of different things for me this year, hence the title of episode two. As I approach my sister's seventh Angel Day, I reflect on the different stages of emotions and grief that I've experienced over the last seven years. This episode was a pretty tough one to record, and I think it shows the longer you listen.

I've been gone for a while and many people haven't heard from me. On this episode, I talk about all the feelings and experiences that I've had since I've been missing in action. I'm back and better and can't wait to share more of myself on Nia OnPurpose.
