in this episode we're discussing the importance of being present and grounded in the now. with the busy rushing of our lives it's easy to get caught up in the next step and hyper fixated on the worries of tomorrow. work, school, and even the smaller things in our lives that can feel exhausting at times, all have they're own unique and special moments that deserve our attention and appreciation. practicing gratitude and shifting our eyes on something other than the world happening within our phones can be life changing.
