One Shot at a Time

We are back after a long hiatus that we will reinitiate right after this episode. We take one part Cthulhu and one part Scooby Doo to create a frankensteined homebrew rule for a collaborative episode with Crash Course DM. Daniel gets interrupted while Daniel checks the recording. Writing the description for this episode has made me realize that it would be pretty irresponsible to just falsely claim that your show has a celebrity feature in the title. We close it all out making a final fantasy boss fight, and that’s okay because none of those words are proper nouns. It’s the final episode for this show’s current format; what happens next is still up in the air, but we hope you enjoyed the journey (or at least some portion of it). Daniel secures some sponsorships, while Daniel eats burgers.

This episode: we do some RAMBLING, followed by some GAMBLING. We try to make a casino zone preamble to the final boss. Daniel trims a palm tree, while Daniel talks about leaf matchups.

Join us this week for a rant about Palword and the narratives it has sparked online, which is wholly unrelated to the thing we’re actually doing, which is designing the interlude part of our campaign’s final chapter. Daniel lists three activities, while Daniel gets lost.

This is it: we’ve finally willed ourselves to sit down and start making up a final dungeon. What’s even more impressive: we take actual notes for the first time, to great benefit. Daniel learns a new word, while Daniel gets emotionally invested.
