On the other hand, during his four days off, which spans a total of 96 hours, Chavez devotes his time to his real estate ventures. Whether it's flipping houses, managing rental properties, or assisting others in achieving their homeownership dreams, he utilizes this extended period to excel in the real estate industry. Chavez takes pride in his ability to balance his profession as a firefighter with his entrepreneurial pursuits, allowing him to make a positive impact in both realms.   Jaslene Chavez is a hardworking and determined individual who knows how to juggle multiple responsibilities. Even though her days are packed, she always manages to find time to accomplish everything she sets out to do. Jaslene is a devoted mother who puts her children's needs first. She wakes up early at 5:30 in the morning to work, ensuring that she can effectively manage her day. After getting her kids ready for school, Jaslene spends the day working from home.
