Recovery Chronicles

The Recovery Chronicles podcast is dedicated to the journey of recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Episodes feature candid conversations with individuals who have faced the struggles and triumphs of addiction. The podcast also highlights counselors, treatment professionals, advocates and community members who support those on the path to recovery. Through powerful storytelling and expert insights, Recovery Chronicles aims to inspire, educate, and break the stigma surrounding addiction, reinforcing the message that recovery is possible for everyone. Recovery Chronicles host Joan Trygg has been with the Heartview Foundation since June 2024 as the Donor Relations Manager. Trygg is also in recovery and has worked for non-profits for a majority of her 25-year career.
