I’ve been thinking about how disconnected we become when we stop expressing ourselves fully & honestly. The conversations that I've had recently with with some of my ex's have made me realize that we might be be keeping TOO much to ourselves — and saying the thing out loud has the potential to change everything. In this episode, we talk emotional suppression, reading between the lines, modern communication, vulnerability, and why speaking your truth feels so freeing — even when it doesn’t go the way you hoped.
