FOLKS! Hello, I am Vin Kennedy, and welcome to my very first episode of The Keep Going Podcast. To kick off episode one, I will be walking you through my life, my journey, and how I got...here. I have been wanting to start this podcast for a while now, but never really took the chance, so here I am, putting it all out there. Follow along with me as I walk you through some of the hardest moments of my life, and how I decided to use my pain into pushing me further. I believe that when you change your mindset, you can truly change your life, your health, your situation and so on. The purpose of this podcast hopefully to inspire you to do the same. But if nothing else, I hope you will Keep Going along with me for the ride. -Vin
