Why So Serious?

Life is meant to be LIVED! So why do we waste our time on things that won't matter in a year? Sometimes even 5 minutes!!! This episode I dive into Mel Robbins' "Let Them Theory" and how that has helped keep me present and give me a peace of mind. I've come a long way in my healing journey and self care stride, this episode I share how hitting rock bottom for the second time throughout this journey was profound and jolted me into a better version of myself.

Self Care is Hard

Putting ourselves first in a healthy way is not easy. It's already so difficult to balance all the different parts of our day, and now we have to try and balance the different parts of our lives?! It sounds exhausting, and sometimes if you think about it for too long... it feels scary; but we have to find a way to do it and make it our top priority-- you can do it I BELIEVE IN YOU :)
