The Retreat

Hey guys, another week in the books. My journey just keeps getting better, I'm feeling good. Kenzie plays hooky for the 1st time. I really need to find out what to get Kenzie for Xmas.

It's all about thanksgiving. How I navigate my diet and all this food. And how much fun I had with family this year. Mine and Liz's family. I'm so ready to do it again in a month. Enjoy!

It's "Holiday Season." It's that time of the year were everyone is running getting ready for the holiday. Including me. Liz and me get to enjoy another "Day Date" and Kenzie gets to have a play date with her cousin. Oh I can't forget the awesome time I had going to the Colts game with my Dad. Enjoy!

This week, I think about my journey I started lil over a year ago. I touch how it started, not over reaching, and trying new things. Me and Liz got Kenzie into a gymnastics class on Saturday's. Looks like she'll really like it. I missed out on the very 1st snow of the season, but we make it up the next day by going out in it. Oh and I realize I got some more brainstorming to do, so I can keep the kids busy and entertained this winter. Enjoy!

Found out I may have picked up some new character traits. Also with some consistency you could lead yourself into some cool things. Which could translate to what we all look for, being successful, good health, and a full life. I did some random cleaning and remembered some of the cool things I've kept over the years from Liz. Kenzie and Harper get some new craft and we have fun on a glooming Saturday. Enjoy!
