I'm Annie Sousa, and I've walked the path you're on. Like many of you, I grew up feeling different, not knowing I was neurodivergent until my ADHD diagnosis in my 20s and Autism diagnosis in my 40s. I've navigated the overwhelming challenges of domestic violence, rebuilt life as a single mother of two neurodivergent children, and transformed my struggles into my greatest source of strength. Today, as a licensed psychotherapist and mental health advocate, I don't just understand your journey—I live it.
