About VidaBonita

After experiencing Domestic Violence (DV) for many years, I was able to get out of the cycle of a abuse. I am here to share my story in hopes of inspiring other DV victims & survivors. I also want to shed light on the precursors/red flags for anyone in the beginning stages of this repetitive cycle. It does not get better. Your abuser will not change. In the end, YOU change. There is light at the end of the tunnel & a better life waiting for you after abuse. It may not always be easy, but Life is beautiful when you leave Violent, Toxic, Narcissist abuse. The peace you gain is priceless.
