This was a decision she made solely based off of what she felt was right for both her daughter and her body and her mental, which is something Nneka considers when making every decision. She also reflects on having a baby during the COVID era, going into labour the day she moved (!!), and how she is rediscovering and prioritizing herself now that her breastfeeding journey has concluded.
