19 episodesIn this fourth solo episode I share the details of the journey that I have been guiding women through for the past decade; it is the journey of moving from the mind into the heart, and living and loving from there. This is a journey that I call SOFTEN. . "Until and unless we are able to exalt our our inner masculine, we will never be able to birth the fullness of our feminine, the fullness of our Shakti." This Erica Jade quote, along with David Deida's book "The Way of the Superior Man" were the inspiration for my personal journey of softening and opening as love. And my personal journey has inspired the full offering that I share now with my heart work. . In this episode I share the details of this journey: the pre-requisite of inner masculine exploration and exalting (inspired by Jade's quote) and the three intimate circles of sisterhood that follow which give us the wisdom, the embodiment and the inspiration to soften and to open as the Love that we are. . I could not be the woman that I am without my own precious teachers, and without the work and words of these teachers as living wisdom for what I practice, embody and teach. I am a forever student on this path of love and devotion. . If this episode gives you a tingle, you can find all of the details of the SOFTEN Journey on my website here: www.patricia-russo.com, or please feel free to send me an email or comment on this episode: patricia@wholehealedholy.com [patricia@wholehealedholy.com]. . Carla also received her Funeral Celebrant Certificate through her course work with Olivia as well. . Carla is a volunteer at Denver Hospice where she continues to learn and expand her understanding and experiences working with the dying. What a beautiful honor it was to host Jasmine for this conversation of the heart. We talk about her spiritual journey and her relationship with sacred blood as a medium for her art, and about the movement for this art that she is single-handedly leading. . “I dream to experience in this lifetime the manifestation of millions of Gods and Goddesses on Earth.” . Jasmine Alicia Carter is a Menstrual Artist, Woman Embodiment Mentor, Wife, Mother of 2 and founder of Sacred Woman: a world-class brand devoted to empowering and inspiring women to return to a state of holistic balance, supporting them in embodying their authentic feminine nature to live a healthy, womb-centered and meaningful life. . Sacred Woman also has an online boutique that offers women's care products and sacred pleasure tools to awaken and celebrate the sacred sexual expression of the female body. Jasmine’s favorite way to share feminine wisdom is drawing with her menstrual blood, a sacred art that she's been spreading across the world since 2016. Her work, which has gone viral all over the world and has been featured on major news platforms, led to the creation of a non-profit organization called Menstrual Art Movement that counts thousands of women and bleeders world-wide who embraced their periods as a source of empowerment and healing. .
