Welcome to Wild With Wonder - My Journey - EP1

In this first episode I share the motivations and inspirations behind the Wild With Wonder podcast. As well as offering a glimpse into my journey to this point in life - the light and magic; and the dark and tough moments.  I talk about my experience with chronic pain and how it led me to the world of mind-body connection. I speak of my liberation through conscious dance; transformative moments with yoga; and the healing power of nature. I reflect on my father's last year of life and his death; as well as musing on the perspectives and self-awareness garnered since the pandemic first began.
