Formerly presented by a Christian Dad and Daughter, now presented by the Daughter solo since her Dad's passing.Whilst Withstand has evolved throughout the seasons, each new episode has been faithfully underpinned by Ephesians 6:13 whereby we're called to put on the full Armour of God to Withstand evil in these last days.Season One was presented by Dad and Daughter, with a focus on headlines viewed through the lens of hope through the pages of the Holy Bible.Season Two was presented by the Daughter, with a continued focus on headlines and the Blessed Hope through God's promises, the imminent return of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and Holy Scripture.Season Three was laser-focussed on grief, faith and death that is swallowed up in victory by Jesus Christ, following the Dad's passing.Seasons Four, Five (and beyond) have shifted gears to focus on verse-by-verse Bible readings (NKJV), Bible study (from Dr Thomas Constable) and Christian daily devotions (from Dr Charles Stanley).I pray that this podcast brings you edification and education; comfort and clarity; discipline and discernment in equal measure.
