Descripción

She catfished him with her own friend's photos . . .and then brought that friend to the date. Somehow, that's not even the most unhinged part of this episode. We kick things off with a crazy catfishing story where a guy thinks he's meeting one girl, but when he shows up, she has no idea who he is. But her friend knows . . .Of course, this tale is somehow relatable to Anya's life experience. Sit back and we can all learn how to . . .well, either be a better person or a worse person. Your call, really. Then we get into some friendship drama: two friends take a trip to see a concert, but they don't invite their third friend. Was it the right thing to do? Were they just avoiding hard conversations and awkward guilt trips? From there we pivot into money, generosity, and financial responsibility. A caller to the Dave Ramsey show was sad she couldn't get tickets to see the Backstreet Boys . . .but Kevin Richardson wasn't going to let that happen! We swoon over Kevin, just a bit, then we ask: -Should you go to Vegas (or any vacation) while you're in debt? -When is it ok to spend on fun? -And at what point should you start being generous with your money? We wrap up by addressing a commenter's concern that we did not take the puppy story from last episode seriously enough. As always, it's a mix of questionable decisions, real-life applications and figuring things out as we go. Let's talk! Did any of these stories strike a chord? DM or comment to let us know.
