It can be alluring to hit the big red TERMINATION button, but I argue that, if we choose to do so, we must be aware of the true cost. When we understand the true cost of turnover, we may be more likely to seek alternative solutions that preserve not only morale, but budget!

It's easy for people to shout personal development without providing tools to --- develop. Join us in the classroom today as I share the 30, 20, 10 Rule. A solid strategy to daily improvement. We can't expect to grow in things that we do not commit time to. All it takes is an hour a day. For the REALLY "efficient" people, you can make it half an hour a day. And in so doing, you can be 1% better than yesterday. Imagine what 1% * 365 days/year * lifetime of years = ? Better.
