E-Motorcycle Law Changes

In the 2026 legislative session, the Utah Legislature made changes to state law regarding these e-motorcycles, e-bikes, motor-assisted scooters, and other motorized vehicles. These changes took effect May 6, 2026. Mayor Walker is joined by Draper City Police Lt.
