Gather The Kindling

What if there really was a plan years ago to convince believers to stay out of the public square so that the dismantling of our country could be done right under our noses but beyond the sight of our eyes?We need to be asking the questions of why so many Christians do not think it is their duty to be concerned with politics and how and why people of faith can positively be involved in the political arena.For generations, actually for thousands of years there has been burning a fire lit by what is good, true and beautiful.  It burned in the souls of the courageous people who first sailed to this country in search of a new land.  It was passed on to the men who spent countless hours of their lives forming what would become some of the most important documents of our nation.  That fire is still burning and we must take up our torch and make sure that we light our areas of influence with what is good, true, and beautiful because that is the only kind of kindling that will keep this fire burning.
