16. Overcommitting, saying no, and "lazy"days

Sometimes (as moms) we can be bad about saying yes to everything...but it's also okay to say no sometimes. Or what about those days you just want to sit and do nothing? Well, that's okay too. We chat about all this and how all of it is so normal. Reminder to stop being so hard on yourself, friends!

15. Finding JOY in stepping out of your comfort zone

We just got home from such a great work weekend! We had a booth for KeepLife at Made South Market in Birmingham. Weekends like this truly fill our cups and remind us why we started this business. Sometimes we need that push to get away from behind our phones, and find that interaction face to face. It is easy to forget how important that is and how God shows up in every way. 14. Whole Body Health: Physical, Mental, and Spiritual

Whew, I don't know about you...but we kind of let our health slip through the cracks this past summer. Since school started back (and we are finding routine again) we are now focusing on whole body health! What does this mean for us? It means we are prioritizing physical, mental, and spiritual health and realizing how much they truly do work together to help you feel WHOLE! 13. The days are long but the years are short

If there was ever a saying that has resonated with us throughout our journeys of motherhood, it has been that the days are long but the years are short! As we head into this next season of life, we are really feeling it! So today we talked about all the different seasons of motherhood, and our favorite times (and maybe our least favorites too lol ) through each season! We also talk about trying to make connections with our kids during all the chaos of each stage. And we know fear is a big struggle with motherhood.
