Main Alqudah

Dr. Main Alqudah is a distinguished scholar in Islamic finance and Shariah studies, serving as the President and Co-founder of Guidance College in Houston, Texas. He holds Ph.D. degrees in Islamic Studies from both the American Open University and Al-Azhar University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Al-Azhar. He is also an Associate Professor and a member of the Resident Fatwa Committee of AMJA. Dr. Main is an experienced lecturer and educator in Islamic Studies, having taught at both school and college levels. He is a respected speaker at regional and national conferences across the United States. His lectures address key topics including Islamic finance, interest-bearing transactions in the U.S., Zakah rules specific to American Muslims, the global financial crisis, and modern issues affecting the Muslim family. His work is widely respected for addressing real-world challenges facing Muslims today, combining classical scholarship with practical guidance for life in the modern world.
