CrossFit, the Value of Congregation, and the Practice of Humility with Ragan Sutterfield

Hi there! Hope you’re doing well. I had a zoom call with Ragan Sutterfield, an amazing writer and priest in the Episcopal Church based in Arkansas. His work blends spirituality and ecology in a truly unique way, so I invite you to listen in and delight in some of what he has to share. I loved talking to Ragan about CrossFit, the value of congregation, the desire for completeness, serving our neighbour, icons, creatures, humility, and the spiritual life. I know. It’s a lot! And, for me, it felt like just the start. He’s one of those people with whom you can have long conversations, going off on tangents and coming back in full circle. I recommend that you check out his work if you can. I, for one, find it breathtaking.
