Acerca de The Glow Circle

The Glow Circle is a podcast created first and foremost for the LGBTQ+ community—a space where people feel heard, represented, and supported through real stories and affirming conversations about wellness. Hosted by Jackie Vega, MS, RDN, LDN, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist providing recovery-informed nutrition care exclusively for LGBTQ+ adults, this podcast explores nutrition, recovery, body image, and health without diet culture, shame, or judgment. Through personal stories, guest conversations, and solo reflections, The Glow Circle offers education and connection for listeners navigating recovery, rebuilding trust with their bodies, or simply seeking a more compassionate approach to health. Allies, loved ones, and curious listeners are welcome—always with respect, humility, and a willingness to listen. This is more than a podcast. It's a place to belong.
