LETTING GO IN THE DARK...

It's hard to let go sometimes, hard to find solid reasons to break free from self imprisonment... We look ourselves in our heads, trap ourselves in the dark and hang in to nothingness. Fear eats us alive!!! We fear the unknown knowing darn well that we can't stay in he state we're in but still we won't take a step forward. We listen to the voices in our heads that try to convince us to stay put, discomfort becomes our new definition of comfort because it's what we've allowed, for too long. So we sit in limbo. Let go!!! Let go!!! It's time to grow!!! It might be dark now but just keep moving, it'll get better. You'll see!!

Toxic Tendencies...

We've adapted so much toxicity from our peers and it has gotten to a point where we are no longer aware of what we do and what we've grown to accept. We now have "Toxic Tendencies" that our systems need to be purged of; however, before any of that can be done, we need to identify what is toxic.... Toxicity is often pictured as yucky, icky, sticky green gooo... Truth be told, that's what we grew up seeing, in cartoons and movies the toxic stuff was always green and slimy. Shall we then liken toxic behaviourisms to slimy green gooo?? Well, maybe... my imagination is untamed but life as we know it, even with all the technological advancements is not that animated. So since we have to just observe the actions of another individual in order to identify their level of toxicity, we must first be knowledgeable of what these are so we know how to repel them. We can be easily sucked in and and fooled into thinking some actions and behaviours are normal and acceptable. Let's protect our wellbeings and rid our minds and our environs of toxicity.

Sometimes I CRY...

We try to be tough... so tough all the time and it's it's good to put your best foot forward but sometimes we breakdown. You know what though?? IT'S OK!! IT'S OK TO CRY!! You are human, I am human and we feel things... who cares what people think!! We fight battles daily and sometimes, just sometimes we get overwhelmed and we cry. Cry if you have to!!
